Surrounded by dense green forests and peaks of the Carpathians, on a high rock, the mist rises from the Bran Castle. This castle from the fourteenth century, with its fairytale towers and walls bleached Mediterranean's most famous castle in Romania and the reason why most visitors to visit this country. Legends written about Count Dracula, are related to the castle and the village that surrounds it. Vertical cliffs 6o meters, on which rises the castle, gives even more frightening picture and evoke imagination and stories about vampires and invoke a slight shudder and a building thrilled with the phenomenal from the fourteenth century. The authentic Transylvanian atmosphere, this castle will wake up vivid scenes from the films of the famous Romanian prince Vlad Tepesh, better known as Count Dracula. This castle, situated between Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountain ranges, in the fifteenth and sixteenth century was an important border town on the road that led from Transylvania in Wallachia. However, this famous castle was not built by, as legend has it, the Romanian ruler Vlad Tepes. This castle was built by the Saxons in 1382, as I would defend Bran Brasov and the valley of the Turks.

RASNOV

Many visitors who decide to visit the castle Rasnov, be surprised when they see that this castle looks more dramatic and more authentic than Bran Castle, located a few miles away. In less dramatic setting, the castle rises on a high hill above the village Rasnov and certainly, this castle is a memorable experience and gives you a clear picture of how life seemed beyond the castle walls. Beautiful Landscape Scenery of the plains that stretch to the mountains of Piatra Craiului worth a visit for themselves. This castle was built by Teutonic Knights from the late thirteenth and early fourteenth century to defend the Tatars, and later the Turkish invasion. This castle-fortress has been in operation until 1850, when it was finally abandoned.

BRASOV

Brasov is a most visited city in Romania. For this city says that it is the Romanian Prague and Transylvanian Krakow and attracted the bohemians masses who are looking for quality and cheap beer in this beautiful Saxon town. Hiking and trekking enthusiasts also visited the city in large numbers by using them as an excellent base for urban excursions into nature, while others are looking for an extraordinary Gothic architecture and historical features of the city. These entire visitors "clash" is, generally, in the old town, where they meet and get it the old Saxon modern chill-out bars, where the paving meets the chrome and glass. It was built on an ancient Dacian place by the Teutonic knights, Brasov is still a phenomenal example of architectural brilliance and Saxon popular base of tourists who appreciate the natural beauty of Transylvania and want to visit the famous Transylvanian castles.

SINAIA

Sinaia is not called the "Pearl of Transylvania" for no reason. In Sinaia are not only the best Romanian ski resort, but also the best Romanian castle. Despite being the most popular Romanian ski resort, the city has managed to maintain its extraordinary elegance and not become a commercial kitsch. It would be difficult to avoid such a beautiful environment and nature-stretched at a height of 800 to 930 meters above sea level in close Prahova valley, and lies on the mountain pine of Bucegi mountains, Sinaia looks like that naturally hatched from his nest in the forest. For this city is considered to be named by the Romanian nobleman Michael Kantakuzin who participated in the pilgrimage to biblical Sinaia mountain in Israel in 1695, who built upon his return Sinaia Monastery, which is still in operational and is located in the city . This place was later developed into a major resort, when the first King Karl choose this location for his summer residence, in 1870, and built what is now Romania's most beautiful palaces - the Palace of Peles and less Palace Pelišor.
